Beltless Magnetic Conveyors |
| MPI’s Beltless Magnetic Conveyors are designed to provide positive control of ferrous metal materials. BLM series conveyors are available in (5) standard conveyor models in a wide range of configurations designed specifically to meet your material handling application. Powerful permanent magnets are conveyed below a non-magnetic stainless steel slider bed to move and convey ferrous metal objects. Typical materials conveyed include metal; stampings, turnings, chips, fasteners and scrap. The liquid tight sealed conveyor housing can be completely submerged in machine reservoir tanks and the internal self-adjusting take up system eliminates the need for maintenance. BLM conveyors are offered with many design options and can also be supplied with other ancillary components such as feeders, hoppers, etc. to provide a complete material handling system. |

| MPI’s Magnetic Belt Conveyors provide effective control of ferrous objects on high speed horizontal and inclined to vertical conveyor belts. A permanent or electromagnetic rail located beneath the conveying belt surface attracts the ferrous objects to the belt. This magnetic attraction acts as a clamping force against the conveyor belt causing the ferrous objects to move with the belt and able to overcome any angle of incline or decline. A wide range of styles are available for a variety of belting designs including fabric, table top and stainless steel mesh. MBC conveyors are offered with many design options and can also be supplied with other ancillary components such as vibratory feeders, hoppers, shakers, etc. to provide a complete material handling system. |

| Electric Shaker Front Mount System |
| MPI's Patent Pending Electric Shaker Front Mount System (ESFM) is the next generation of Shaker technology. With simplicity and affordability in mind, this machine is designed to operate 100 percent maintenance free requiring NO air or lubrication. This system features MPI’s DC Brush-less motor and DC controller. Installation is simple and only requires a 110-volt outlet for power and allows you to electronically fine-tune part movement speed. This tuning feature allows for metered feeding as well as greater part movement at faster rates for transferring scrap metals. The unit comes complete with all-necessary hardware and brackets for front mounting to the Press t-slots. You can package this device with other MPI Numa Shaker components to create a custom "Turn Key" system. Call today for an in plant demonstration. |

Indexing Beltless Conveyors |
| MPI’s Indexing Beltless Conveyors offer a low profile, lightweight Beltless magnetic conveying solution. Like MPI’s BLM series conveyors, powerful permanent magnets are conveyed below a non-magnetic stainless steel slider bed to move and convey ferrous metal objects. Typical materials conveyed include metal; stampings, turnings, chips, fasteners and scrap. IBLM metal conveyors are offered with many design options and can also be supplied with other ancillary components such as feeders, hoppers, etc. to provide a complete material handling system. |
