 Production Resources understands the importance of reliable die lubrication, which is why we're proud to carry the Pax Products Inc. line of die lubrication systems. Their pre-pressurized models and V-series are used in the majority of in die lubrication applications around the world. Pax pre-pressurized systems require no priming, and are available in 5, 15, and 30 gallon systems. The Pax V-series, available in 15 and 30 gallon tanks, includes an optional PLC controller to allow individual control of solenoid valves for fluid actuation.
We also carry Pax spray cabinets, the industry standard for lubricating stock. Features include adjustable spray nozzles, as well as a system designed to recycle run-off lubricant. Pax spray cabinets are also compatible with all Pax lubrication systems.
PRI will assist you in successfully implementing your in die lubrication solution. We will assess your metal stamping operation and determine the optimal method of direct die lubrication or direct stock lubrication. We also make recommendations on die lubrication nozzle placement and spray line material based on your pressure requirements. The result is tighter die lubrication control and a significant savings in the amount of lubrication required.
