Komatsu OBS Series - Mechanical or Servo Drive

Komatsu has simplified power press operation with their latest line of gap frame presses; the OBS series. Featuring the SIT-II highly integrated terminal, which reduces operator fatigue, lowers operational costs, and increases pressroom safety.

The OBS is extremely accurate with a wide range of tonnage, stroke, bedsize and speed options.

Komatsu OBW Series

Komatsu OBW two point gap frame presses require less maintenance than comparable models, reducing downtime. Like the OBS Series, the OBW series is available in mechanical or servo. The OBW's high level of rigidity provides minimal deflection; less than many straight side presses.

The Komatsu OBW series includes a hydraulic overload protection system designed to prevent damage to the press and dies. Motorized precision slide adjustments are measured in one-hundredths of a millimeter, and displayed on the pendant control panel for easy operation.
