Introducing Honeywell LETS Factory Reporting Software...
Honeywell LETS factory reporting software uses the latest technology to collect production data, including Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), from Wintriss-equipped presses as well as virtually every other machine in your factory.
LETS Features:
- Can talk to all machines; not just presses
- Uses your existing Ethernet (including wireless)
- Open architecture allows for communications with external software
- Displays real-time factory status in your web browser
- Reports are customizable
- Automatic report distribution
- Tracks total hits on every die
Collect Data from All of Your Machines
LETS is a state-of-the-art data collection package that is scalable and flexible. LETS comes factory-configured to talk to Wintriss SmartPAC 1 & 2, however its OPC Server back-end features a wide range of available "Plug-in" device drivers and components for the industrial market. This allows us to modify LETS to communicate with virtually every machine in your shop. |

- 2 & 4 point load monitors
- 4-input monitoring provided by AutoSet 1504 modules (2-input by 1500)
- Calculates set-points automatically, based on standalone actual load, not press capacity
- "Plus" modules protect dies by detecting excessive stroke-to-stroke variation in tonnage
- "Plus" modules also allow you to view reverse "snap through" load. If reverse load is too high, it can damage the press.
- Improve setups by providing tonnage information to eliminate errors in shut-height adjustments
- Display actual tonnage and setpoints for both sides of the press via large digital indicators
- Provide output for your chart recorder to monitor tool wear and press conditions with load signature
- Optional communication link with PACNet® computerized pressroom monitoring

Press Safety Equipment - Clutch Brake Controls & Pressure Sensing Devices for OSHA/ANSI Compliance |
|
LaserSafe Hydraulic Press Brake |
|
LazerSafe continuously monitors the critical speeds and stopping distance of the moving member of the machine. If the crawl (bending) speed is exceeded and / or the stopping distance is exceeded, the Guard Controller will issue a stop command to the machine. There is no need for a separate stopping performance monitor.
The transmitter and receiver are mounted on the ram of the press, allowing the operator to stay close to the workpiece as the tool closes at high speed. Hands and fingers are protected by a continuous band of laser light that senses the zone below the punch. If an obstruction is detected, the ram movement is stopped and retracted a short distance. The punch cannot make contact with the obstruction.
LazerSafe also detects material or items accidentally left on the die that could cause injury or damage.
|
 |
- Delivers comprehensive operator protection at close proximity to the workpiece.
- Allows tools to close at high speed, increasing productivity.
- Complex shapes can be achieved with the "Tray/ Box" and "Field Muted" modes of operation.
- Encoder feedback provides closed-loop monitoring of speed and stopping distance of the ram.
- Two flat bands of continuous laser light detect obstructions as small as 0.0160" (4 mm) while remaining vibration tolerant.
- The mute point is automatically determined, easily set and continuously monitored.
- The rear section of laser band is easily muted to ignore back gauge in "up-close" situations.
- Failure detection is performed by real-time monitoring of the process under control.
