Robotic Vision system for (random) part acquisition, vibratory sorting table & Fixture Conveyor
Robot acquires paint cap in random orientation from vibratory table by use of vision system
Robot picks large and small caps and places them in fixture conveyor
Fixture conveyor presents caps to “capping” robot which places both large and small caps on drum lid; orientation of caps also determine by vision due to drum rotating during its processing through the system
