Press Room Equipment Bridge Gripper Feeds are built with a “bridge”
bar or grippers that contact material across its
entire width except where the grippers are relieved
for upper and lower entrapment (anti-buckling)
rails. They are an excellent solution to problems
associated with feeding thin, flexible or delicate
materials. The large contact area on the material
and the even feed force provided by the center line
mounted cylinder insures fast and accurate trouble
free operation. Crank operated stroke adjustment is
a standard feature.

Press Room Equipment's B-11 Series of “Hitch Feeds” answer your needs for a compact air feed that is easy to install,
runs faster than all other feeds of this type and does not have over 30 o-rings and other high maintenance components.
All B-11 feeds include a 120 volt solenoid operated valve that is externally mounted, instead of complex internal valving. The
very effective hydraulic shock absorber decelerates the feed block at each end of the stroke for accuracy to +- .001.

Press Room Equipment’s heavy duty, pull thru straighteners are available in 1.5”, 2”, 2.5” and 3” diameters. Our straighteners rolls are independently adjustable featuring a highly reliable worm gear and cross shaft arrangement.

Straightening rolls and pinch rolls are hardened and ground 1060 steel with a surface finish in the 12-16 RMS range. They are equipped with machined side plates, heavy duty bearings and hardened stock roller guides.

Press Room Equipment Heavy-Duty Coil Cradle Straightener combinations handle coil widths to 60” and material thickness to .300”. Standard coil weight capacities are 6,000, 10,000, and 20,000 lb.
