Product Gallery & Description

Overview

The Mini Titan from Green Valley Manufacturing is a compact, tiller-driven die cart for die changes in tight aisles and crowded press lines. It carries up to 1,500 lb. A tethered pendant runs the powered push/pull system, so dies slide on and off the low-friction deck while the operator stands to the side. Paired with a matching storage rack, a built-in retention bracket locks the cart to the rack for each transfer.

Applications & Benefits

  • Tight press lines: A compact cart for die changes where a larger cart will not fit.
  • Smaller dies and tooling: Dies up to 1,500 lb.
  • Operator safety: Powered push/pull moves the die while the operator stands to the side.
  • Die storage: A matching rack and retention bracket give a secure cart-to-rack transfer.

How to Choose the Right Mini Titan Die Cart

  1. List your die weights and confirm the heaviest is 1,500 lb or less.
  2. Measure die length, width and height.
  3. Note the press bolster height and the rack shelf heights the cart must reach.
  4. Measure the narrowest aisle the cart will travel.
  5. Choose the deck surface: UHMW or roller.
  6. Count the dies you need to store to size the matching rack.
