Overview
Die splitters, also called die separators, open dies and molds and hold the halves safely for inspection, maintenance and tryout. Green Valley builds Titan die and mold splitters in standard and custom designs, with builds from 1,000 lb mold splitters to 70,000 lb die splitters.

Product Line / Models
Capacities from Green Valley:
- Titan 2288 – 8,000 lb die splitter. Adjustable upper T-slots, open upper frame, VFD motor control, die lifters for side loading and an upper deck that rotates 180°.
- Titan 2643 – 12,000 lb die splitter. Power transfer to and from the load/unload table, powered centering and PLC push-button controls.
- Titan 2661 – 14,000 lb horizontal die/mold splitter. Crane loaded, with 110V hydraulic power and a machined T-slot bolster.
- Titan 3120 – 30,000 lb die splitter. Removes the lower half, inverts and lowers the upper half, and reassembles the die after service.
- Model 173816 – 5,000 lb horizontal mold splitter with fully machined tool surfaces and independently rotating platens.
