Overview
New London Engineering belt-driven live roller conveyors run a belt under a bed of rollers, which lets them carry heavier loads such as cartons, drums and tires while keeping drive horsepower economical. The family covers the Model 600 medium-duty and Model 610 heavy-duty live roller conveyors and the Model 660 variable pressure accumulation conveyor, all up to 36" wide with 2" rollers and a 60 FPM standard speed. PRI supplies the full NLE belt-driven live roller line.
Key Features
- Roller bed under the belt
- A belt drives the roller bed from below, allowing heavier loads while making drive horsepower more economical.
- Multi-zone accumulation
- Multi-zone accumulation allows product staging points. The Model 660 allows a changeable combination of totally free-moving and controlled-accumulation sections.
- Long-distance conveying
- The Models 610 and 660 run up to 100' long; the Model 600 runs up to 40'.
- Standard drive package
- 1/2 HP 230/460/3/60 TEFC motor, bottom mounted at the infeed, driving a black PVC 120 belt at a 60 FPM standard speed.
- Shared heavy-gauge build
- All three models use a 6-1/2" deep x 12 gauge frame, 2" diameter rollers on 6" centers and 30" top-of-roller standard supports.
- Stops, diverts and transfers
- The Model 600 suits applications that need a pop-up stop or push-off divert; the Model 610 is built for transfers, side loading or temporary accumulation.

Applications & Benefits
- Cartons, drums and tires: Moving heavier loads horizontally, including large cartons, drums and tires.
- Transfers and side loading: The Model 610 is designed for lines where transfers, side loading or temporary accumulation is required.
- Pop-up stops and push-off diverts: The Model 600 is used in applications that require a pop-up stop or push-off divert.
- Dwell stations and accumulation: The Model 660 is designed for applications where dwell stations or safe accumulation of product is needed.
How to Choose the Right NLE Belt-Driven Live Roller Conveyor
- Start with the load. The Model 610 is rated for a maximum 2,000 lb live load and handles large cartons, drums and tires.
- Set the length. The Model 600 runs up to 40'; the Models 610 and 660 run up to 100'.
- Confirm the width. All three models are available up to 36" wide.
- Choose the Model 660 where dwell stations or safe accumulation of product is needed.
- Note any pop-up stops, push-off diverts, transfers or side-loading points along the line.
- Check the standard 60 FPM speed, 1/2 HP 230/460/3/60 motor and 30" top-of-roller height against the rest of the line.
