How to Choose the Right NLE Chain-Driven Live Roller Conveyor

  1. Start with the load per lineal foot: up to 1,000 lb on the Model 670, up to 2,000 lb on the Model 675.
  2. Pick the effective width from the load footprint: 12" to 48" on the 670, 12" to 60" on the 675, with custom widths available.
  3. Choose roller centers of 6", 9", 12" or 15".
  4. Choose the roller: 2-1/2" x 11 ga. or 2-5/8" x 7 ga. on the 670; 3-1/2" x .300 wall on the 675.
  5. Set the length (5' to 50' per unit) and top-of-roller height (30" standard).
  6. Confirm the drive: 3/4 HP (670) or 1-1/2 HP (675), 230/460/3/60, 30 FPM standard speed.
