Rapid-Air feeds are compact, affordable, and accurate feeding devices. They are often die or bolster mounted. Material is gripped across the top and moved between positive stops. The rear stop is adjustable providing feed stroke length control. The patented dual air valve system on Rapid-Air’s air feeder equipment provides accurate clamping/feeding sequences to eliminate marring, buckling and distortion.
The dual valve system uses one valve to actuate the feed and stock clamp, while the other actuates the slide block. Simultaneous valve operation ensures material is always clamped before slide block movement.
Coil stock such as all types of metal, paper, plastic, wire, fabrics, foil, tubing, extruded and preformed shapes can be fed at short and long progressions, and at different production speeds.

Press Room Equipment's B-11 Series of “Hitch Feeds” answer your needs for a compact air feed that is easy to install,
runs faster than all other feeds of this type and does not have over 30 o-rings and other high maintenance components.
All B-11 feeds include a 120 volt solenoid operated valve that is externally mounted, instead of complex internal valving. The
very effective hydraulic shock absorber decelerates the feed block at each end of the stroke for accuracy to +- .001.
PRE Bridge Gripper Feeds are built with a “bridge”
bar or grippers that contact material across its
entire width except where the grippers are relieved
for upper and lower entrapment (anti-buckling)

The ToughTrak Model 250 is a heavy-duty, low-profile conveyor can be used when longer runs are required while maintaining narrow widths. The drive and bearing configuration is designed to carry more weight than the Model 150. This model fits a variety of applications where limited space is a factor.

Typically used in tight fit applications to carry a variety of lightweight packages and parts.
