Die carts simplify die transportation, facilitate quick die change and improve safety.
PRI carries both single and dual station die carts from 1,000 to 50,000 pound capacities. Free ranging powered walk-behind carts can move anywhere in the press room and operate in confined spaces. Rail mounted carts are often used between two presses.
Manual, non-powered walk-behind carts may be used to handle lighter tools typically under 1,000 pounds. Die carts can be equipped with manual or powered table elevation to match bolster and die storage requirements.
Roller decks are typical along with powered push/pull devices to assist in loading the tools.
