Dorner’s 1100 Series Conveyor provides a wide range of advantages, especially for tight factory floors and small, lightweight applications, like small parts, small stampings, pharmaceuticals, medical and life sciences.

The 1100 Series is particularly well-suited for pharmaceutical/medical applications because of its FDA-approved belt and Clean Room 100 certification. The conveyor can be backlit for inspection and quality control purposes. It also can be integrated with a vision system interface.

Its ¾” frame height is one of the lowest in the industry. This low profile conveyor is available in widths from 1.75” to 10” and lengths from 10.63” to 72”, with a maximum weight limit of 15 pounds and speed of 80 feet per minute.

The 1100 Series miniature conveyor features a 5/8” diameter idler pulley and a flush edge design that allows for smooth side-to-side transfer and fits into tight spaces, freeing up useful machine and worker space. It easily fits inside equipment and machinery. The small roller diameter is the optimal size for handling and transferring small parts.

An optional 5/16” nosebar on one or both ends also allows for the easy transfer of small parts.

The pinch drive design tracks the belt continuously within the unique frame design, cams and drive for consistent performance. The drive is also reversible for maximum flexibility. The design includes two halves with one fastener per side, allowing the cover to pivot for fast belt changes. This low profile conveyor also features low belt tension, which virtually eliminates belt stretch and provides maintenance-free operation.

The maintenance-free design offers either an end drive or mid-drive as well as a low-, medium or high-traction belt. A drop-in T-bar provides easy, flexible mounting for accessories and automation components.

As with all Dorner conveyors, the 1100 Series is offered with a 10-year warranty.
