MPI filtration and coolant cleaning products are used to separate tramp metal and fines from machine lubrication systems. They are often used as complementary to existing filtration in order to extend lubricant life, improve machine life, and/or improve part quality.
Magnetic lifters are used in conjunction with overhead hoists or cranes to magnetically engage an object lift it and release it safety. These are often used in tool rooms for die handling and/or die separation. MPI also has a complete line of magnetic hand tools.
Sheet fanner products are used by metal formers and fabricators where operators, robots, or automation devices need to lift a single metal sheet at a time form a stack or pallet. The sheet fanner parts the sheet stack so it can be easily handled.

Tabletop Demagnetizers
The tabletop demagnetizer can be used manually to demagnetize flat and small cylindrical items or it can be placed under a conveyor belt for automated demagnetization. It’s available in three sizes, up to 13.75” x 12.05”, and can be placed together to create a larger demagnetized zone.
